In short
On Storytime I talked about who I am and what we are building: an entrepreneur in digital for over fifteen years, with Syncronika founded in 2010 and fully remote since 2015.
The interview
Exit and the agency
In 2024 we completed the exit of a SaaS product that came out of the agency’s software division.
It was a spin-off started in 2022 and transferred as a mature company.
Today Syncronika remains marketing and communications, with a tech engine inside that feeds new lines.
Complyo
Complyo is compliance and advisory in the tech and regulatory space: frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO 27001, cybersecurity, a market still taking shape.
The aim is to grow with serious client onboarding, not improvisation.
Agenvio
Agenvio is the platform for orchestrating conversational AI agents.
The product is already used internally and tested with customers; the dedicated company is being formed in these months.
Two playbooks
The playbook is not one-size-fits-all.
Where it fits, Agenvio also follows a more startup-style path: growth and possible fundraising.
Complyo today sits closer to a traditional SMB model, with evolution tied to market opportunities.
In each case it is about investing in segments that are opening up, not chasing hype without a market.
Toward a holding
Looking ahead, Syncronika is gradually becoming a holding: units that become vertical companies, possible integration or stakes in other ventures, and using the group as a digital factory.
